Coriander Leisure is specially bred for its ability to produce a lot of leaf and bolt much slower than traditional old types. It boasts a good flavour and colour and grows to a height of 60-90cm. The leaves are delicious when sprinkled over salads or in soups and the seeds can be used to flavour curries and go well with white meats and fish.
