The sticker CLINGS to your window. So it does not have a stick substance, follow this guide to help.
Make sure the area is clean and dry before attempting to apply the sticker. Peel your sticker off its backing and place on the inside of your window. 
Allow the sticker to very gently cling to the window rather than putting it on forcefully.
Hold in place for a few seconds then push any air bubbles out.
Avoid placing near heaters, blind spots, defroster lines etc.
