 Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.  If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

 All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of despatch. You will be notified of any goods that are not in stock and offered an alternative item where applicable. We could also offer to make a special order on your behalf from our suppliers (this will be subject to availability at our suppliers) or we will refund your money in full if you do not wish to have an alternative item or place a special order or if the item is no longer available.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide accurate stock availability there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable and Welland Valley Feeds Ltd may cancel and refund your purchase if an alternative cannot be sourced.

 Welland Valley Feeds Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer.

 You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed.  We normally aim to process the majority of orders within 2-5 working days, however this may vary and is not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

This returns policy is applicable to Click & Collect, Local Delivery & UK Shipping purchases made online and may vary to our in store returns policy. 

RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEMS

Contact Welland Valley Feeds within 14 days after the day of delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a saleable condition. Once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are damaged or faulty. In addition, products of a personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items. If you wish to exchange any items, you will be required to make collection from the store.

 

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS

Contact Welland Valley Feeds within 14 days after the day of receipt to return or exchange (subject to availability) any damaged or faulty goods. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items should you not require a replacement.

 Once notified, all items should be received at Welland Valley Feeds Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will be required to cover the cost of returning your items. Items should be returned via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
